Urban Police Sniper

Designed for police marksmen who possess a working knowledge of their equipment (rifle/optics), and the ability to apply basic shooting fundamentals.  From cold-bore considerations to rapid deployment and coordinated fire, this course employs a realistic training regiment that assists the sniper in obtaining and maintaining their full potential in this critical role.  Techniques such as judging Unknown Distance (UKD), constructing Ghillie Suits and Urban Hides, shooting at angles and moving targets, shooting through barriers and basic ballistics will be covered.  Both the novice and highly experienced sniper will benefit from this course.  

The tuition for each student is $600.00 for five days of instruction. Contact us for student requirements.

Instructional Goals

At the completion of this course, the student will be proficient in:

  • Proper manipulation and employment of the long rifle in an urban and rural environment.
  • Marksmanship skill by completing a qualification course of fire.
  • Overall knowledge of course subject matter with the completion of a written examination.
